Equipments
Over 100 sets including CNC and multi-station, Vacuum welding equipment, Vacuum heat treatment furnace, Vacuum surface modification. Test equipments such as NITON XRF Alloy analyzer, Direct reading spectrometer, Metallurgical microscope, Ultrasonic thickness measurement, Burawoy hardness test, Nondestructive test etc.
Production line
Ball, check, gate, globe, butterfly and plug valves in a size range from 1/4" up till 48" including pressure classes 150-2500 lbs (PN6-PN100) in the main special alloys: duplex and super duplex, titanium alloy, nickel alloys (Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Monel, Alloy 20, etc.), zirconium and corrosion resistant alloys.
Application
Valves are delivered worldwide to the chemical engineering, mining project, metallurgy, pulp and paper making, power generation, natural gas and offshore and onshore other specific demands application.
